Direct Deposit

It’s easy and free to sign up for direct deposit, plus it’s convenient! It enables you to have your regular paycheck, pension or Social Security payments directly deposited into your Mutual 1st Federal checking or savings account. Just provide your Mutual 1st Federal account number and routing number: 304083147.

All the info you need can be found on the bottom of your last check (routing and account number).
If this is your first time ordering checks or you've moved since your last order, you will need to contact the branch to place your order.

Request Stop Payment

To stop a payment on a check or ACH, log into your online banking account and click the ‘More Tools’ icon, then the ‘Stop Payment’ link. Follow the prompts to stop the check or ACH payment. To view a copy of a cleared check, log into your online banking account and scroll through your checking account history to find the cleared check. Highlight the check and then click ‘Check Image’. If the cleared check is older than six months, please contact us. Please view our fee schedule for any possible fees associated with stop payments or cleared check copies.

Report International Travel and Transactions

If you intend to use your Mutual 1st Federal debit or credit card for international purchases or are planning to travel outside of the United States, please submit the dates and countries you will be transacting or traveling to ensure uninterrupted use of your debit or credit card.

Switch Kit

Choosing Mutual 1st Federal as your primary financial institution is easier than you think! Simply follow these steps:
  1. Open your new account
  2. Set up direct deposit
  3. Switch any automatic payments
  4. Close existing accounts

Some common local payees you may have set up for automatic withdrawal are Cox, Century Link, MUD and OPPD. When closing your old accounts, you’ll want to confirm all written checks have cleared and automatic deposits and transfers are set up with your Mutual 1st Federal account.

Courtesy Pay: Opt-in Request Form

Courtesy Pay is a service Mutual 1st Federal offers to save you embarrassment and inconvenience when you do not have enough money in your account to cover a transaction. We pay the transaction on your behalf, but charge a fee of $32 for each overdraft. You will have 30 days to cover the original transaction plus the $32 fee. Courtesy Pay is specific to ATM transactions and debit card purchases on checking accounts.

If you wish to have transactions approved when funds are not available in your checking account, you will need to complete this form and ‘opt-in’ to agree to pay an overdraft fee, otherwise the transaction will be denied.
